Honestly, I've had the worst experience with this company.
1. They take forever to reply and confirm things. Communication is the worst. You always have to follow up with them.
2. After payment, they were still not sure which sizes I wanted.
3. They could not provide a tracking code and confirm that my jars have been sent. They kept saying they're going to send them the following day. It's only when my shipping agent sent me a picture that they realized they've already been sent. That means the whole time they thought the package hadn't been sent yet.
4. They messed up my order and sent the wrong quantity of units.
5. They said they'll rectify their mistake, by sending me the missing units. It's been three weeks and they haven't sent it. Mind you, there's no customization needed.
Truly, I am really disappointed. At this point, I'm not even sure they'll send the missing units. My business is on standby.
